Lost & Found – Submit a Request

Left something behind? Here's how to get it back. We understand that losing a personal item during travel can be stressful. If you believe you may have left something on a ZyroGo vehicle, we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that every item will be found or returned. Reporting the item as soon as possible increases the chances of recovery.

How to Report a Lost Item
  • Submit a Lost Item Report using the web form as soon as you notice the item is missing.
  • Provide your full name and booking reference.
  • Include the date and route of your trip.
  • Specify pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Provide a clear description of the item including brand, colour, size, or any distinguishing features.
  • Indicate the approximate time or location where the item was last seen.
  • Select your preferred return method (pickup or shipping).
  • You will receive an automated confirmation email with a case number once the report is submitted.
  • A member of our team typically follows up within 1–2 business days.
Reporting Deadline
  • Reporting a lost item within 24 hours of travel is strongly recommended for the best chance of recovery.
  • Reports submitted after 48 hours may still be reviewed, but the likelihood of locating the item decreases over time.
  • ZyroGo cannot guarantee recovery of any item regardless of reporting time.
Storage Period
  • Found items are typically stored for up to 14 days from the date they are recovered.
  • After 14 days, unclaimed items may be donated, recycled, or discarded.
  • Storage charges may apply if items are held beyond the standard period.
  • ZyroGo is not obligated to store or safeguard items left on vehicles or at stops. Lost and found support is provided as a courtesy.
Pickup Instructions
  • If your item is located, it may be collected at the designated ZyroGo location by appointment.
  • Identity verification and your case number or booking reference may be required.
  • Items will only be released after reasonable confirmation of ownership.
Shipping Option
  • If pickup is not possible, ZyroGo may arrange courier shipping.
  • Courier and handling costs must be paid in advance before dispatch.
  • ZyroGo is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage once the item is shipped.
Important Notes
  • ZyroGo is not responsible for valuables such as electronics, cash, documents, jewelry, or fragile items left unattended.
  • Items are returned only after reasonable identity verification.
  • Perishable items such as food or beverages may be disposed of immediately for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Illegal, prohibited, or dangerous items will be handled according to applicable laws and ZyroGo safety policies and will not be returned.
